It is almost impossible to single out a few people who are "the leaders" at First Baptist Church!   We  have many people who help lead in different areas of our ministry (committees; men's, women's, youth and children's programs, etc.).   But to spare you the hassle of scrolling through tons of names and titles, we'll just give you the basics:  

We have two pastors, Dan DeWitt and Edgard Torres, who help to "shepherd" the church members.

We have a Board of Directors which helps to make most of the day-to-day "business" decisions for the church.   The Board of Directors is currently led by Keith Rogers and Larry Gates as co-chairmen.  

We have a Board of Deacons which helps to guide the church with regards to "spiritual" decisions.   The members of the Deacons also serve on the Board of Directors.   The Deacons are currently led by Suellen Holtzman as chair.
